In-Person Classes

These terms and conditions govern your participation in the in-person courses provided by The Dog Nose It. By enrolling in and attending our in-person classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

Registration and Payment

• Registration: All participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current information.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in the class. We accept credit/debit card and PayPal.
• Confirmation: Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with class details.

Class Attendance

• Punctuality: Please arrive on time for each class to ensure that you and your dog benefit fully from the training sessions.
• Attendance: Regular attendance is important for your dog’s progress. If you are unable to attend a class, please notify us in advance.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations by Participant
  • If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at least 48 hours before the start of the first class for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the first class are not eligible for a refund unless a replacement team can be found.
• Cancellations by The Dog Nose It
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrolment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled class.
• Missed Classes: There are no refunds for missed classes. Make ups can be arranged providing there is no extra room charges payable by The Dog Nose It.

Health and Safety

• Dog Health: Do not attend class if your dog is unwell or had been unwell in the 48 hours preceding class.
• Behaviour: Dogs must be non-aggressive and manageable. If a dog’s behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive, we may ask the participant to withdraw from the class.
• Personal Safety: Participants are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their dogs during class. Please follow the instructor’s guidance and safety protocols.

Liability Waiver

By attending our in-person classes, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Risk Acknowledgment: You understand that participation in dog training activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of injury to yourself, your dog, or others.

• Release of Liability: You release and hold harmless The Dog Nose It, its instructors, and employees from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage sustained by you, your dog, or any third party as a result of your participation in our classes.

Code of Conduct

• Respect: Participants are expected to treat instructors, fellow participants, and their dogs with respect and courtesy.
• Mobile Phones: Please silence your mobile phone during class to minimize distractions.
• Cleanup: Participants are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and communicated to registered participants as necessary.
